Directed planning, purchasing. production, maintenance, inventory, warehouse and receiving operations. In addition, the production and operation of sand drying. Directed a two-supervisor staff with 27 direct reports and a yearly budget over $2,400,000.

Del Monte Foods, Inc (trading as Del Monte Foods) is a North American food production and distribution company. The Plant City Plant was responsible for manufacturing and distributing fresh produce to the central Fl. Region. Analyzed the performance of staff and presented recommendations.
Presented a workforce schedule for approximately 150 associates maintaining 5% overtime.
Created standard operating procedure for Implementing Produce Pro ERP for inventory management.
• Developed a step-by-step operating manual in Spanish for training machine operators.
• Conducted a gap analysis for the re-pack processes identifying waste. Improved material yields from 24% to 37% and efficiency from 44 to 63 PPMH.

Mainstream Engineering® is a thermal control and energy conversion R&D-based manufacturer. The Rockledge facility was responsible for manufacturing and distributing HVAC and military products.
•Introduced PFEP and Kanban in manufacturing. Facilitated a Kaizen in 5’s to improve material warehousing.
•Led by example by learning and training to operate equipment; CNC milling machine, plastic mold injector, pressurized and gravity feed chemical filling line, and blister packaging.
•Led Continuous Improvement project for a quality issue of leaking bottles. Identified testing equipment and requirements, documented set-up parameters, and Initiated SPC inspection.
•Designed and installed an assembly line to produce refrigeration units. Selected conveyor swivel stations, tools, parts cart, pressure testing and refrigerant filling. Completed 1st build in 8-man hours.
•Coordinated the repair of the Newbury Mold Injector. Trained with technician to set-up changeovers. Results: Reduced set-up time from 24 to hours.
