Carried out NDT activities when required as per Client requirement Ultrasonic testing, Radiography of Gamma Ray (Ir-192) & x-ray and films interpretation, Magnetic Particle Inspection and Dye Penetrant testing for different clients. TKY weld scanning, Hardness & Vacuum Box testing.

Responsible for the successful performance of welding, NDT, welding quality control and inspection of welding related operations at project site. Verify compliance with quality control procedures and systems for welding, PWHT, NDT, and materials traceability control, including compliance with safety requirements.

Verify welding and NDE operations are in compliance with specifications. Interpretation of Isometric & P&I drawings, NDT percentage calculation as per requirement and fluid service.

Conduct surveillance on performance and interpretation of NDE Review and approves RT films.

Monitor weld NDE percentages, welder rejection rate and non-conformance status and report to the site welding engineer.

Conduct NDT clearance weld count inspections and record verifications on all piping test packs.

Co-ordinate with client, consultant for inspection activities. Maintaining of quality records and preparation of final documentation. Co-ordination of quality assurance plan and Inspection test plan. Maintaining of quality records such as fit up, welding & NDT reports. Ensuring the implementations of ISO 9001 systems and procedures related to quality control.

Final Inspection documents preparation & submission to Client. NDT & PWHT:

Prepare and maintain all Quality and NDT & PWHT documents. Interpretation of Radiographic films.
