To Whom It May Concern:

Cynthia worked under my supervision as a warehouse assistant from October 3,

2006, until July 2012. She has demonstrated a wonderful initiative and a positive attitude toward accomplishment, both qualities that have made her a valuable member of our team.

Her responsibilities included conducting research and interviews, fact checking, and writing brief front-of-the-book pieces, in addition to some clerical duties.

During the course of her employment, Cynthia proved herself to be an able employee, a hard worker, and a talented assistant. I was quite impressed by Cynthia’s ability to complete all work assigned to her on time, if not before it was due. Her research was always thorough and comprehensive, and her fact checking always accurate.

Cynthia has excellent communication skills. She always explained her views very concisely and gave supporting arguments that were both clear and persuasive. Cynthia also demonstrated good team working skills in group assignments. She has a winning attitude that embraces all challenges and encourages collaboration. The phrase “team player” is often overused, but Cynthia is truly that. She draws the best out of every person, promotes talent and shares successes.

Overall, Cynthia is a very conscientious and able employee. I certainly believe she has what it takes to complete any task asked of her, and I am sad to see her leave. I strongly recommend Cynthia for any assistant position in construction.

Sincerely,

Harold Allan
