d.Handled various administrative roles in particular which include: -

i.Team management support to the Director.

ii.Calendar Management, Travel Management, Meeting & Events coordination, Time & Expense Submission, Other Administrative Support.

viii.Communicating with internal stakeholders and some time with the Director's guests as per the advice/instructions of the Director; and

ix.Arranging and managing meetings of internal and external stakeholders with the Director.

x.Strong Excel, PowerPoint, mail and calendaring skills (Gmail and Google Calendar experience a plus).

xi.Managing office records that are maintained in the Director’s office.

xii.Work with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations.

xiii.Monitor the action taken reports on the decision taken by the Director.

xiv.Maintain personal files of the faculty members.

xv.Overseeing general Office Operation.

xvi.Creating Presentations under the guidance of the Director.

xvii.Manage schedules and deadlines.

xviii.Fulfil all duties as assigned by the Director.

xix.Fabrication of confidential documents.

e.Worked with the committee members for compiling documents and to oversee the preparations for Accreditations.
