Provide communication with patient’s family, physicians, team members and other health care professionals.
Ascension St. Mary’s Urology Clinic- 3/23/20 to 08/30/21 Specialty Clinic Nurse- Duties include but not limited to checking patient in for appointments to Urology Clinic, performing physical and mental assessments, performing required procedures, ie.
