I am a self-motivated, career oriented individual who is ever willing to learn and expand my knowledge/skill set. I am passionate about education and utilising it for the betterment of the world.

I consider challenges as opportunities for development and adapt easily to changes. My dynamic nature allows me to work well under pressure, however, I prefer being well organised and believe that great planning and reflection plays an integral part in gaining overall success. I firmly believe that power lies in collaboration. Some of the values I hold very strongly within the work place are honest conflict over dishonest harmony; always assume best intent until clarified; ensure diversity and inclusion through a sense of belonging and safety, and to maintain accountability.

I am very methodical in the designing and planning of sessions or events, which are guided by the ADDIE Model, Gagne’s Model of Instructional Design, as well as Agile Methodology. I work strategically to identify gaps/needs and design/plan accordingly to address and fill identified gaps/needs. During my tenure, I’ve gained an invaluable amount of experience and knowledge relating to various EdTech tools, Content Design and Development, Project Management, as well as Training and Development.
