I am an enthusiastic and high achieving health professional with a Diploma in clinical medical science. Since graduating from Katie institute of health science and research, I have been working under voluntary with USAID/PEPFAR JSI SAFE Project in Northwest Province Maheba A Clinic.

I have exceptional technical and analytical skills with more than 2 years working experience in clinical management of HIV/AIDS in paediatrics, adolescents and adults.

My main duties are primary prevention of HIV (EMTCT, FP,EID, PrEP, CTX prophylaxis in children in line with the latest HIV guideline initiating paediatric and adult clients on Art and monitoring (Viral load, DBS, CD4, Chemistry's),screening and managing of opportunistic infections, dispensing and ensuring that there is a smooth intra facility referral system.

I would welcome the chance to work as part of small dynamic team where I could make a significant contribution towards the objectives of the organisation while there coping my skills yet further.

SOME OF THE ROLES IN THIS POSITION INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

Strengthening targeted testing such as providing initiated counselling and testing (PITC) partner notification services PNS index and early infant Diagnosis. EID

Initiate clients on art (children and adults)

Monitoring progression of labour and conducts delivery’s and give ART prophylaxis to HIV exposed infants in accordance with national guideline.

Examines, diagnose and treat diseases of infants, children and adult (STIS, OlS ETC)

Determine need for patient’s examinations and laboratory investigations and be able to interpret findings and test results.

Advises patients concerning diet, hygiene and methods of disease presentations. I also conduct routine nutritional assessment (NACS).

Complete patient diagnosis forms and dispensing cart

Daily report sending to the regional manager and senior supervisor.

Works with the clinic in-charge to ensure all suppliers required for smooth running of the clinic are available at all times.

Screening all eligible women for cervical cancer
