forged die layout, Trimming Tool Layout, coining is supplied by Engineering Department

Make Die part (Bottom & Top) by using parting line called spitting.

Prepare the CAD/CAM process sheet for CNC Vertical Machine Centre. It has Tool offset, details with2D Drawing and sequence of operations like Roughing,Re- Rou, semi Finish, Finish with Cr-Finish,if any engraving files etc.,

Verify the CAD/CAM Processed NC Files with help of vericut 6.1.2 software there is any gouged movement called digging, by which we can give the 100% digging and tool Marks Free Programs to Vertical Machining Centre (VMC), so obviously we can save the machine and tool life.
