●Identified and assisted distressed passengers, ensuring they were not stranded at the airports by helping them in locating their check-in booths. This facilitated their departure and cut down on the amount of time they had to spend checking in.

●Provided accurate flight information to airline handlers and passengers, such as airline check booth numbers, flight and take-off times, resolving any doubts or questions they may have and preventing misinformation on flight issues. This cuts problems like passengers missing flights in half.
