Responsible for all day-to-day operations, leading and directing team members, ensuring accountability and performance of team members, and addressing all funder, company, and team requests and concerns.

Manage 4 young adults programs in Westmoreland and Allegheny Counties

Oversee the management of recruitment and case management of over 200 young adults

Maintain budgets totaling $900,000 annually

Established positive working relationships with the funder, area employers, and all workforce partner to optimize funding, customer satisfaction and community relations.

Responsible for overseeing the functional operations, of the Pa CareerLink® Pittsburgh & Allegheny County services and coordinating partner services.
