PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
An experienced and fully qualified PA who is duly registered under the medical and Dental council of Ghana. I have seven years experience in primary health care under the appointment of the Ghana Health Service to provide comprehensive primary health services in support of the total effort of the health care delivery system with a view to achieve equity in coverage and quality care especially in Health Centres in the rural areas and polyclinics/Hospitals in the urban settings.
I also Work as a member of the Medical Team to provide health care and to monitor and evaluate patient care including timely referral to the next level when indicated. Collaborating with other disciplines and health care staff to ensure optimum care for clients/patients is my hallmark.
I also have the required physical, mental and emotional strength to stand up to the rigors of this demanding profession.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES
Clinical
Assess and prioritize patients presenting at the Health Centre/polyclinic or hospital, according to their medical needs.
Provide primary health care through confidential patient consultations consisting of: o History taking,
o Assessment and
o Diagnosis
Initiate and implement care plan for patients .
Accurately and legibly record patients’ care and management packages
Assist in the administration of emergency therapies such as nebulization in acute asthmatic attack
Dressing of wounds, when necessary.
