my everyday tasks include:

scrubbing files

emailing a welcome letter to the clients requesting the items needed. I work with outlook to retrieve my Email and I would then go over each email and answer the client's concerns.

I workday by day with the Consultant, answering their questions and giving them the answers that they need, the website we would use was CRM, a very simple site. I would pull Excel reports every day and work on them, once a week I would review our pipeline and I would check to see which loan is approved or is missing an item which I would then communicate with the client.

I work at a Broker's office, we DU/LP if needed, I work with the credit bureaus ordering supplements, filling out the Consumer Explanation letter, updating credit when needed.

2. I review loans that are NON-QM, Conventional, FHA Loans, Purchases, Refinance Loans Etc...

3. I work directly with the clients, Banks, uw, closers, lock desk

4. I review Approvals and work on the conditions in a very timely fashion

5. I am very Detailed, I review all income, including IRA-Pensions,401k, Social Security 1040's,1165,1120, schedule C and E, K1 Award letter, 12- or 24-months Bank statements for a SelfEmployed clients.

6. each lender has an Account Executive that I work with very closely.

7. I review title, I review all to make sure there aren't any open mtg on Schedule B, I look to see if there are judgements, ECB and I clear them by getting a signature on an affidavit at closing. if the judgements are the borrower, I ask for them to pay it so we can clear the title.

8. I also review the taxes, Survey if needed, the Deed making sure that the right clients are on the Deed. I search Acris if I need any documentation that I may need, if the loan is in the five boroughs.

9. I review Contracts, with Detail making sure everything matches,

Appraisals especially if it's an FHA and the appraisal came back "subject to" I look at the addendum and email the repairs to all parties.

10. as for Appraisals i know how to order all kinds depends on the property. also, I check up on the appraisals if it took too long to receive. 11. in my company we must provide the settlement agent with the following so the loan can close, or I will be issued a Pre CD. 12. once the loan is clear, I Email all parties, and I set up the closing date on the lender site. 13. I am a multitasker, I don't Stress easily, I am focused, and I love this industry
