2014 - 2020 – Material Management Specialist / Foreman / Assistant Superintendent of Transportation / Chief of Close-Out Operations for Tappan Zee Constructors-LLC building the new Tappan Zee Bridge.
I was hired to manage receiving, storage and delivery of all materials for this $4.5 Billion project. The system for material management that I created has saved the venture hundreds of thousands of dollars in reduced slippage. It has also increased receiving, delivery and transportation cost efficiency by 400%.
As the upper management recognized my organizational skills, my role has grown. I now oversee all transportation, payroll and recently was put in charge of obtaining the COC’s (Certificates of Compliance) for every piece of material that was used on this project.
1999 / 2000 - Renovated a 6000 sq ft residence for John and Guyln Lucas. Project included in ground pool, cabana, a three story elevator, 6 bathrooms, a 1500 sq ft office on the third floor and too many amenities to mention.
2001 – Built a 10 million dollar residence for Simon and Stephanie Bergson.
2001 – Built the Valley Cottage Library, a 5000 sq ft state of the art building. Total Cost of the project approximately 3 million dollars.
2002 – The Bergson’s liked my work so much that I built a 2 million dollar residence for the maids’ quarters.
2002 / 2003 - Built the Finklestein Library Located in Spring Valley. Total cost of project approximately 10 million dollars.
2003 – Built 3 million dollar residence for John and Rita Borst.
2004 – Built 4 million dollar residence for Curt and Joelle Reinhart.
2009 – Bid the Integrated Imaging Facility for Columbia Presbyterian Hospital. Total Cost of Project -25 million Dollars.
2010 – Bid the renovation of the Ambac building on 1 State Street. Total cost of renovation - 15 million dollars.
