• Introduced digital supply chain management solution to Labana Rice Mills which has led to inefficiency reduction and improvement of paddy aggregation and supply processes by 45%.
• Organized business to business (B2B) fora to build and strengthen value chain actors’ business relationships. This led to the signing of offtaker contracts and prefinancing of rice producers.
