I have many years of experience in customer service and technology. I do not have gaps in my employment and only chose to provide highlights of my resume relevant to the Call Center Representative role. I’m happy to provide my complete resume and references if requested.

● Building Information Systems (Buildingi) - 1999-2013 I was a Managing Partner at Buildingi. I established a help desk team that I later trained and transitioned to a manager. I provided help desk services which involved both a call center and online support for a suite of services to our customers, most notably Microsoft and Boeing.

● Advantage Communications - 2022-2023

Most recently, I was a Technical Writer with Advantage Communications. I worked with the Client Services team and other departments to produce end-user content as well as internal documentation utilized by the call center to provide information to help our customers understand our solutions and solve problems.

● Technical Communications Plus - 1998-1999

I was a partner and trainer with a small business that provided training for writers and help desk/Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) teams in our classroom based in Redmond, WA. My work involved both familiarizing workers about the systems they would be using as well as the soft skills (i.e. EQ) to help customers feel comfortable as well as managing difficult issues in a non-confrontational manner.
