Experience

Mortgage Processor - Private Banking - Residential Retail (April 2022 - Present) First Republic Bank. (Los Angeles, CA) - InsightGlobal (Contract).

• Conduct thorough review and evaluation of borrower loan file: at FRB our primary loans are LLCs and Blind Trust clients. Pulling credit reports and supporting information, full income spreadsheets to prequalify clients, income documentation-income calculation worksheet along with asset documentation, purchase contracts, order escrow/title reports, HOAs, insurance and flood information and appraisals, apply pricing and rate locks.

• Acting as the liaison between the clients, Relationship Managers, and the Operations team. In the Relationship Management team support, I document, process, and underwrite both residential and commercial loan.

• Submitting files, requesting loan conditions, as well as communicating with clients, escrow agents and realtors. Handles customer inquiries, researches, and ensures appropriate and timely resolution while meeting all regulatory compliance and achieving a high level of customer service.

• Conduct thorough review and evaluation of borrower loan file: Credit reports and supporting information, income documentation-income calculation worksheet along with employment verification, asset documentation, purchase contracts, title reports, insurance and flood information and appraisals.

• Order credit supplements, appraisal, DU, LPU, title & escrow documents, SSA verification, flood cert, VVOE and 4506-T verification.

• Proactive in checking documentation for accuracy and potential red flags.

• Full knowledge of regulatory and compliance guidelines, particularly GFE, TIL, and Estimated HUD-Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure effective. Ability to re-disclose and accurately complete Change in Circumstance when needed, meeting required disclosure waiting periods.

• Analyze underwriting conditions and request necessary items. Clearly and quickly communicate to the loan team what is needed from the borrowers, Escrow & Title and items you are working to obtain and follow up as needed.

• Request, review and balance to HUD-Closing Disclosure prior to ordering loan documents.
