Responsibilities Held on MMS: -

• Recording, maintaining and updating the database.

• Prepare before condition report (WCR) and after condition report (ACR) for replacement and installation.

• Prepare monthly reports.

• Prepare Leave application forms, Asset retirement forms, and AMC compliance report.

• Answering queries through phone, email as well as direct.

• Collecting the documents and cheques and sending them to the concerned department.

• Prepare kahramaa bills and hand them over to clients on time.

• Make bookings for the facilities.

• Creating work order (CM/PPM) in CAFM System (FSI Concept Evolution) and assigning it to the concerned team or resources.

• Issuing work permit and service reports.

• Schedule PPM and CM.

• Act as a bridge between management and client for various works such as receiving cheques, contract copies, disseminating circulars etc.

• Follow up on job status and with the operatives and update the customer by call or email.

• Prepare incident reports.

• Helps to solve the complaints of the clients.

• Obtaining all the necessary information from the client to understand clearly the inquiries or problems and preferred schedule for any interventions i.e. Installations, pest control, replacement, ppm, etc.
