OBJECTIVE

Avid outdoorsman and nature lover. My family and I try to spend as much time outside as possible, including camping, backpacking, hiking, fishing, and kayaking. Both of my sons have been camping since they were two years old, and still love to get involved with any of my outdoor adventures as often as they can. I regularly contribute to Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of America fundraisers as well as Virginia and West Virginia Department of Natural Resources. Coordinate all communications for all stakeholders involved (internal and external) with repair, to include; insurance, vehicle rental, sublet repair partners, parts manufacturers, and loan servicers

Research and implement manufacturer repair procedures needed for safe and accurate repairs

Research and utilize ADAS procedures that are necessary for safe and accurate repairs depending on manufacturer position statement

Comply with Caliber, OSHA, and GMG EnviroSafe regulations
