Work Experience / Responsibilities
Provide advice to customers for well planning, bit selection and BHA composition. Liaise with customer to ensure smooth operation and understanding of requirements. Pre / Post job briefing and reporting as required. Monitor effective use of down hole and surface equipment to fully optimize the use of all equipment, in response to hole conditions and in accordance with well proposal to enhance overall job efficiency. Choosing bits, motor selection stages and speeds as well as the correct bent housing motors to achieve well plan and reduce dogleg severity. Read logs from LWD and dip angles to keep in the target while horizontal. Run directional programs. Drill turnazontal wells, short, medium, long radius curves. Extended reach, Directional wells. Side tracks. Relief wells in blow-outs situations and Anti collision wells.
