To whom it may concern:

I wanted to give you some of my work background. I worked 18 years with the US Government. I held various positions. The main position that would be applicable to this position is Accounts Management. I was a Subject Matter Expert in many of the harder business forms. Such as Form1041-T, the fuel tax credit, Employee Plans, Exempt Organizations and computed complex interest for the penalties on 1120 deposits. I would answer the taxpayer paper correspondence. Most of the time we spoke to accountants and tax attorneys. I helped create training material for the Form 940. I was part of the training CADRE. We taught the different forms and also 100% reviewed the work of employees on action plans for under performance. The last 5 years I was employed with the IRS, I worked in TEFRA. They audited partnerships and assessed tax to everyone involved in the partnership. My job was to get everything the Revenue Agents needed to write the assessment report. Sometime I had 65,000 investors I had to get information from.

I worked for the Staffing Agency Spherion as a Temp Leader for one of their large clients. I was responsible for all the temporary employees who were assigned to that company. I provided them with PPE, gave them an orientation, provided a tour of the facility, introduced them to their supervisor and line lead. If there were problems I would be the liaison between the supervisor and employee. So, I dealt with conflict resolution issues. I completed their schedule for the day, I input their time and fixed missed punches. I also helped Spherion with recruiting duties. I would check indeed and reach out to possible candidates, set up interviews and assign them to a recruiter. I was put in charge of the 20 Temperature Checkers. I tracked their attendance, counseled them for various infractions, made sure they were always at their posts. At times, I was over 145 employees. I worked a shift that had no leadership above me there. So, I ran the whole shift by myself. I have experience as 2 Team Leader/Supervisor positions. I can drive a stand up and sit down forklift, all 3 sizes fork riding pallet jacks, and a cherry picker. I trained my employees to pick, 2

pack, load scan and load items that we were shipping in the correct trailers. I also was there during graveyard, so I was there alone with no executive leadership to help me. I did an excellent job. I work well under stress and pressure. I am currently an Associate Production Supervisor at Modern Expo and Events. This is a very difficult position with many difficult people. I would like to either try something new or get out of leadership. I own my own business called Evolving Within, LLC. I sell online and farmers markets. So, I have 7 years of sales experience. I also have 7 years of inventory and cycle counting experience. I bring a wealth of experience to this position. I would love an opportunity to interview and discuss more of my experience with you. You can reach me at 801-***-**** or *************@*****.***

Sincerely,

Your Name

Due to my high accuracy rate and technical skills, I am often asked to coach and perform quality review. I worked several times on the "Instructor Cadre". Who are in charge of all the training and review for a department. We complete everything necessary for a new hire, or a performance plan employee's training. From teaching classes, one on one coaching, and 100% reviewing their work. I am a Subject Matter Expert

(SME). SME are trained to work certain forms and projects, that are technical, and their complexity can cause erroneous and irreversible damage, to taxpayer accounts. Therefore, SME are hand selected by department heads. I was 1 of 4 Form 1041-T SME, out of 3,000 employees in Accounts Management. I was also trained as a FEMA Disaster SME and Fuel Tax SME. When the Operations decided to train all employees on these

projects. I was part of the group that created the training material and the work processes. The last 5 years of my employment in Exam's audit program TEFRA. I worked preparing TEFRA cases for closure that are currently in the audit process. The TEFRA program stands for Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA). TEFRA handles all partnerships required to file information returns for tax years beginning on or after September 30, 1982, except for small partnerships. The TEFRA program is handled in Ogden (large and mid-sized businesses) and White Plains, NY (small businesses). There are currently less than 140 employees that handle over 7,000 + partnerships, with some partnerships having less than 50 investors. While the larger partnerships have over 54,000 investors. Each Tax Examiner

(40 people total) handle this workload individually. As a Tax Examiner in TEFRA, I prepared cases and wrote audit reports that are currently in the TEFRA audit process. However, it is the TMP responsibility to inform everyone in the partnership of the audit proposal. I have been trained in TEFRA Targeted Tax Law Training. This tax law training is not offered to anyone. Due to this special and sensitive program, TEFRA Tax Examiners possess extensive knowledge of IRS audit procedures. I would consider myself an expert in this. This is a special program and will keep you on your toes. July 2011 to June 2015

This is the local chapter of M.O.S. Ogdens service center did not have a local chapter. So another employee and I applied to start a local chapter and were accepted in July 2011. We called our chapter Military Outreach Service Team.

We organized a goods drive to send to our troops overseas. We called this Christmas in July. This was very successful. We sent food, socks, toiletry items, dvds, cd, etc to the troops, with the help of a local business, that paid to have them shipped. We volunteered at the Veterans Home in Ogden, Utah. We handed out handmade cards drawn by local elementary school children, who thanked these veterans for their sacrifices. We played bingo and spent hours chatting with these wonderful men. We handed out Christmas cards, to all the different areas and buildings within the IRS and asked that a special message, words of encouragement and thank you be written on them. They were handed out to soldiers suffering from PTSD or that are injured and still recovering in military hospitals. I held the position of Secretary from July 2011 to July 2012.
