Review HSE Deliverable Documents and maintain HSE Policies and Goals

coordinate with Contractors to ensure adequate material and tools for HSE are mobilized on time for -

Onshore / Offshore Campaign.

Ensure adequate and timely reporting to Batch Package Leads for the progress and concerns to be carried out for any duty or task that may be assigned by hierarchical superiors.

Gather lesson learnt and provide feedback to other Company Project entities, EPC Execution shall take place at Contractor premisies.

Possibility of multiple worldwide missions and/or relocations to follow up offshore installation campaign.

Ensure that all activities related to working at heights are performed in a controlled and safe manner.

Scaffolding : Ensure that Contractor and its Subcontractors comply with the scaffolding requirements.

Ensure that checks, inspections and monitoring of lifting area is barricaded during erection and dismantling of scaffolding, that scaffolding is erected, modified and dismantled only by qualified personnel, that scaffolds are using appropriate fall protection, that scaffolding material is appropriate for their use and compliant to standards. Ensure that the scaffolding tagging system is well implemented and that scaffolding inspections are carried out periodically by qualified personnel. Obtain and review procedures, certificates and drawings related to scaffolding.

Lifting : Ensure that site lifting activities are well monitored. Expediting and monitoring applicable lifting plns attend to all critical lifting. Perform lifting gears and equipment inspections and check if they are in line with the inspection and color coding. Ensure that defected gears and equipment are moved and banned from the Project Construction Area. Check that all lifting material and equipment are used within the correct weight limits. Check lifting performances related communications between associated lifting personnel and the identification of the Person In Charge. Ensure that there will be no load lifting activities over personnel and the warning precautions and barriers. Ensure correct slinging & rigging of material prior to be lifted.

Provide continues support to the organization to assist them in implementing Safety Management System and meeting safety objectives and expectations.

Assisting the organization in developing safety processes safety training, asset integrity, safe operations, contractor safety, emergency preparedness, incident investigations & reporting and recommendation to be taken.

Participate in various engineering safety studies like PHA, HAZOPs, JSA, Field Safety Inspections, Incident

Investigations, compliances reviews or insurance surveys.

Provide advice and consultation to department staff to assist them in maintaining a safe working environment in compliance with safe environment regulations, standards and practices.

Review and update the department safety management system manual.

Participate in safety events and safety performance dialogue.

Develop controls for identified hazards and coordinates the implementation of controls from results of hazard analysis.

Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the hazard control system, policies and procedures and recommends changes that reflect improved opportunities to eliminate work place incidents and injuries.
