Worked on custom homes in the Highland Park area. Over saw a $1.5 Million addition on a home in Highland Park. Ran multiple crews, dealt with the city of HP for all inspections, permits, as-builts, Final CO, Worked with the city fire marshal. This project had all subcontractors from concrete to master craftsmanship. Worked with my PM/PE for change orders, schedules, materials, bidding, architect, engineer. I kept the owner in tune every day as to what was going on, what the schedule was, budget was, and what would be coming up. Had to keep this place on very high quality control through out the project.

Over saw multiple TI projects, 100% Chiropractic’s, Dentist Offices, and Pediatric Offices. Over saw all projects from start to finish, called all inspections and worked closely with inspectors. Pulled permits from city building department as well as turned in as-builts. Always on a tight deadline and budget and had to push crews to the max to get the job done. Worked closely with my PM and PE on ever project per usual. Turned in daily reports, made 3 weeks look ahead schedules, and was apart of many online conferences along with a few walk throughs with the clients. Worked close with the clients as well from start to finish. Finished all jobs on time even with the tuff covid issues on getting material.

Was contracted out to run some summer school projects. I ended up running four of them in the first two months. I did two entire tear off roofs finishing the off with built up roofs on both of them. One roof was over 800 SQ and the other was over 400 SQ, both were done in 45 days. I also had two-multimillion-dollar scopes inside three different school. During this time, I also ran two other projects. Throughout the summer in just four months, I had overseen eight million dollars’ worth of projects in just seventy days. All projects were a success and under budget. The school district along with Taylor Kohrs were ecstatic to say the least.
