Detail of Work Experience

Keyloop, Project Manager – 08/2022 to 03/2023. In support of merger and acquisition program objective, manage the project activities to restructure and rebrand two software business entities relaunched into one SaaS business. Responsibilities included development and maintenance of master project plan, managing all day to day project operational activities involving IT development, sales, marketing, finance, HR and Training for a team of individual contributors over multiple time zones, and closely monitor project resources, risks and milestones. Both business entities migrated from custom CRM, MS Teams, MS Office Suite to Salesforce CRM, Slack, Google Suite, SmartSheet, MS Visio while restructuring sales and marketing teams. Once completed, the project output progressed to an interim state of readiness to be implemented into an enterprise Salesforce instance involving sales, marketing and finance operations.

Splice Digital, Project Manager – 01/21 to 09/21. Client-side Project Manager using ClickUp, Slack to drive WordPress website and SaaS projects of various size, scope & complexity for bridge construction, hardware goods, satellite geospatial, IT security, IT hardware, governmental, and charitable organizations.
