Competed against Grainger to win a five-million-dollar project for 3M respirators for the entire state of Arizona healthcare system. It took 15 months, 45 deliveries, to deliver 9 million different types of respirators.
Standardized the 3M Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) for the Sharp Hospital System in Southern California (9 hospitals).
Worked with the Los Angeles County Hospital System (DHS/28 hospitals) to deliver and sell 4 million dollars of pandemic products.
Was able to coordinate a vast network of suppliers to deliver over 5 million dollars of PPE and pandemic products to the City of Houston, and Harris County.
States throughout Roger’s territory reached out to him when there was nowhere to purchase 3M – PPE Supplies, Roger took the challenge and delivered millions of dollars of products to; State of Kansas, State of Colorado, and City of Los Angeles (proper) because his attention to detail, the ability to articulate his plan of action, and laser focused communication skills to his partners.
Worked in partnership with the Texas Regional Advisory Councils (RAC’s/DSHS) and Texas Department of Emergency Management (TDEM) to deliver first responders/healthcare products throughout the state of Texas in a timely manner that took working 15 hour day’s seven days a week for almost a year straight to accomplish this the task at hand.
