Medical Lab Technician

Job Responsibilities:

Testing of Raw materials, In-process materials, and Intermediates products using Approved standard test procedures and vendor-supplied methods.

To carry out the calibration of laboratory instruments as per the Approved schedule.

The Qualification of laboratory instruments and their compliance.

Management of standards (Receipt, storage, issuance, maintenance and destruction).

Testing new columns and verifying the properly tested columns before starting the analysis.

Handling of Laboratory incidents, out-of-specification (OOS), Out of trend results (OOT), Deviations and Change controls.

Preparation of Certificate of Analysis and Checking of all documents related to the Certificate of Analysis, Maintenance of equipment logbooks.

Follow and maintain GMP, GLP, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and health, and safety policies.

Handling of control samples, hold time study and stability samples analysis.

Maintenance of lab instruments and troubleshooting in analysis.

Responsible for Analytical Method transfer and Method verification testing and its documentation.

Management and control of Labels (Under test, Approved, rejected)

Weekly updates and documentation - reporting to the Manger.
