-Project Engineering Manager, facilitator, trainer, supply chain engineer and project leader. Duties included, but were not limited to determining priorities for maximizing profit flow quickly, developing projects to impact inefficient operations or processes, facilitating and training all levels of management and employees to rapidly experience positive IBT flow.
-Experiences included, but was not limited to most lean methodologies such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping, TPM, TQM, SOP development, multiple mini and large Kaizen Blitzes, Train-the-trainer courses, Operation improvement activities and Metric development. Other experiences also included Inventory Accuracy Programs, Transportation Efficiency Projects, Margin Improvement Projects, Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Efficiency Projects and Sales Order Management Programs.

-Wesco was the top 10 gainer in the stock market at an impressive 235% improvement in 2004 over the previous year. My team broke all financial metric records in ALL categories in 2004. -Project Manager for manufacturing facilities that require Lean Manufacturing training, leadership, motivation and projects.
-Designed and facilitated Lean projects such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Visual Work environment, TPM, Setup Reduction and various Kaizen blitzes via Power point presentations, shop floor exercises and various team blitz activities to improve operations and product flow.

After 2 years and consistently carrying out lean practices and continuous improvements, Newcomers started turning profits again and was clearly “back in business”.

-Defect percentage was taken from 6.2% to less than 3% in less than a year, which resulted in over $100,000 savings.
-Machine utilization was taken from 74% to 82% increasing annual revenue by at least 3%.
-Redesigned machine tooling to automatically and efficiently screw clamps which resulted in approx. $900,000 savings.
