In my capacity as an inspector/site manager I am experienced in the following, roof estimating, analysis, evaluations, and testing methods such as wind uplift, fastener pull, infrared, and Troxler nuclear methods. Mr. Smith is experienced in visual surveys for built-up, single plies, and modified bitumen roof systems. I also have experience with wall system waterproofing. I have just completed my claims adjuster course and testing through Texas All-Lines Adjuster and acquired my adjusters license.
