Senior Software Developer/Senior Database Developer for The Eye Experts Clinic. The Eye Clinic is an Ophthalmology practice with 3 offices and 6 doctors. They employee 66 people and have 100 Workstations. They are currently running NextGen’s EPM and EHR modules. I am in the process of developing The Eye Experts Reporting System (TEERS). The reports are created using C# Reports calling SQL Server stored procedures gathering data from the NextGen database. I perform SQL Server Database Administration and Performance Tuning. I also perform contract negotiations on behalf of The Eye Experts.
Designed, and developed a 3-tier application to create upload Distribution Check spreadsheets for BOLO’s ERP system for iEnergy Logistics. The system creates and outputs PDF and XLS exception reports for invalid data. It also creates the upload spreadsheets for the missing information that can be uploaded into BOLO. It produces exception reports to allow management by exception. The presentation layer was developed in WPF. The business layer was developed in C#. The database layer was developed in SQL Server. All database access and processing were developed utilizing SQL Stored procedures. This product is currently available as a Software as a Service. The Config Builder program listed below was incorporated into this program during one of the version updates.
Designed and developed a File Converter program that acts as a front end to the application listed above. It takes files in different formats and converts them to a standardized format using templates that are stored in SQL Server. The presentation layer was developed in WPF using the MVVM design pattern. The business layer was developed in C#. The database layer was developed in SQL Server. All database access and processing were developed utilizing SQL Stored procedures.
Designed and developed a Template Configuration Builder program that allows the user to build a template for the program listed above. The presentation layer was developed in WPF. The business layer was developed in C#. The database layer was developed in SQL Server. All database access and processing were developed utilizing SQL Stored procedures. This program was later discontinued as a standalone product and incorporated into the latest version of bullet item 2 above.
Developed Microsoft SQL Server stored procedures for an Oil and Gas Lease Program Database Application that utilizes Microsoft Access as the front end and SQL Server as the backend for iEnergy Logistics. Perform database performance tuning. Modify and maintain Microsoft Access VBA code for upgrades and maintenance. Develop C# .net programs that access the SQL Server backend to Extract, Transform and Load data into SQL Server.
Designed, and developed a 3-tier application to measure Payroll Performance Metrics and provide Gross to Net Reconciliation for SAP payroll systems. This system was designed for the Payroll Director at Rowan Drilling. The presentation layer and business layer were developed in C#. The database layer was developed in SQL Server. All database access was developed utilizing SQL Stored procedures.
Developed an application for Alliant Keystone to aid in development projects in C# that will read the schema of a SQL Server Database and generate the C# code for the Database layer and the Business layer of a 3-tier application. It builds the C# procedures for Inserting, Updating, Deleting and Truncating tables as well as Select procedures for the Primary Key, Foreign Keys and will return a complete C# List of all rows. In addition, it builds the SQL Stored Procedures that are utilized by the C# Database Layer. All the C# applications listed above have utilized this program to build their base code which reduced the development time by 75%.
Created an outsourced on-site system support desk to augment Petrohawk’s existing support desk system. The system support desk performed specialized services which included System Administration, Database Administration, Workflow administration, Oracle EBS application support and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) data conversion.
Created an outsourced on-site application development team to augment BHP Billiton’s existing application development team. The application development teams performed Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) data conversion services from existing Oracle EBS and SAP systems to an Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition data warehouse.
