QUALITY, HEALTH AND SAFETY

• Visiting the factory floor and the quality inspection areas to keep an eye on implementations and any production-related obstacles that need to be handled with management.

• Making surprise visits to the ancillary units to check on the documentation of work processes and their quality implementation.

• Arranging meetings with the ancillary unit management to explore potential actions for the deviation and to provide feedback on the visit.

• Ensuring the inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process fabrics and finished products meet quality standards in the mother unit.

SITE WORK

• Regularly visited the work sites to monitor the compliance of the activities to the established guidelines, verify the equipment certificates & personnel competence and reported the deviations to site facility coordinator and QHSE supervisor.

• Prepared method statement and verified risk assessment for the issue of Permit to Work (PTW) for both our company's employees and contractors while conducting safety briefing. This included documenting incidents, imminent danger and near misses, as well as implementing and monitoring corrective action.
