SUMMARY:

Dynamic and meticulous civil engineer with more than nine (09) years of professional project management, being the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager of the Bamenda-Mamfe-Ekok road construction project. Before serving as the Project Manager for this project I had served as the team lead of the Construction Logistics Management unit of that project and also had served as the Director of the Academic Affairs of the National Advanced School of Public Works, and Engineering College in Buea, Republic of Cameroon. I also served in JUNO Pacific as a Senior Injection Molding Operator and the Backup to the Team Lead.

I am eager to continue serving at ShowDown Displays as Production Supervisor of 1st Shift to support planning, coordinating, and performing of activities that support the product development and business operations. I will be ready to put in much effort to speed up the production and shipping processes, as well as improve on the production processes and the quality of services provided to our customers. We will improve on our work procedures and instructions as well as performed 5S and ISO audit for the company. In this regard, together with other teams, we will:

Develop inspection methods to analyze product quality;

Improve product quality by making recommendations for change;

Ensure products adhere to company and industry quality standards;

Improve on the shipping procedures of our products;

Create cross-functional teams so that members of the teams can comfortably work in any post when call to do so;

Pre-Printing:

Pre-printing the graphic proofs as well as labels, in preparation for priniting on the fabrics, cutting of fabrics, quality control, packaging as well as re-packaging and preparation for shipping. Ability to promote teamwork. Worked with the production workflow tracking software to track the flow of products.

01/2021 – 09/2022: CRETEX Medical (JUNO Pacific) Anoka.

Injection Molding Operator:

Responsible for operating and tending specified equipment and machines, per prescribed work instructions, to create parts or products. Also responsible for quality checks, assembly, packaging, labeling, and moving of product especially shipping to customers.

Inspected, trimmed, cleaned, and packaged products to customer specifications;

Trained level I and II Operators and ensured training logs are accurate and submitted to Quality;
