OBJECTIVE

To secure a contract or full-time position as a Project Control Manager/Supervisor, Senior Project Coordinator, Planner, Scheduler and Controller within an Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing or IT environment.

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

Over 25 years of experience in design, development and implementation of Project Planning/Scheduling and control system, including CPM/PERT scheduling in P6, Resource allocation and leveling from RFP (Proposal) phase upto Test and commissiong/ delivery of various tyopes of projects.

25 years of experience working with Primavera products including all versions and P6 v18.8

Over 25 years of experience with Project controls, Earned Value management, Schedule QC, multi-level reporting, Document control Systems (SharePoint, Aconex, etc.), Contracts, Procurement, etc.

Over 25 years of work in Power Energy (Nuclear Power plants, Substations, Transmission Lines), Transportation (Rail, Subway, LRT), Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, and IT Projects.

Working experience in multi-project environment complying with company, project, and Project Controls Department procedures and policies

Developed realistic baseline schedule (to control Scope, Time, Cost) and supported PM in Integrated Baseline Review, collected and analyzed data on project progress, production rates, etc. to improve efficiency and accuracy of future planning, Reviewed contract specifications, working to identify gaps in Project Plan, developed and implemented Risk Management Plan. Developing risk register and implementing it id P6 schedule and OPRA (Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis).

Created consolidated reports on project established metrics - Earned Value Analysis, Resource and cost Allocation Analysis, Supported PM with Project Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, Scope of Work, WBS Dictionary, Responsibility Assignment Matrix, etc.

Created and supported project controls systems (cost, schedule, progress, change management, etc.) for both the EPCM and Owner’s scope. Provided site staff with necessary field schedules

Strong technical skills in writing project coordination, planning and scheduling procedures, enhance the project controls system, ensuring they are used properly.

Effectively communicate at various levels with individuals and groups
