I was hired to develop a training program for MacAlister and Territory OEM Truck Engine dealer technicians. Indiana is the cross roads for on highway truck logistics. Between MacAllister and these OEM Trucking distributors, there were well over 1000 technicians in the state which required training on the then current and new Electronic engines that Caterpillar was introducing. In addition, the MacAlister technicians need advanced training in Heavy Equipment, and Commercial Engine systems operation, troubleshooting repair and maintenance.

Promoted to a Casper Service Manager. Used Master Lead Mechanic and Training Manager skills as well as new business skills acquired during my education process, to take over the profit centers of Casper Field Service, Main Equipment shop, New and Used repair, Over the Road trucks, Fork Lifts, and Clean/Paint shops. Leveraging two Lead Men and to administration assistants, we managed the scheduling, compensation, and developed of over 100 technicians. Also managed the budgeting, management, and sales for a $7M service statement.

Master Mechanic
Started as an apprentice as part of an OJT program as part of my education towards a second training certificate in Heavy Equipment Repair. After completing the Casper College program I stayed with Wyoming Machinery and evolved through 4 levels of apprenticeship, three levels of line mechanic ratings to finally acquihiring the rating of Master Lead Mechanic, This rating indicates that I was proficient in the troubleshooting, repair and Maintenance of all Cat systems. As a lead man, I was introduced to my first supervision roles in that I was given the responsibility for work order creation and maintenance as well as customer contact for service progress and follow up.
