Making sure that every tank that came out is out on the sales floor. Training new Associates at the registers and making sure that they are interacting with the customers and giving the best customer service experience. Getting customers and convincing them to sign up for our TJX credit card ( which I always am in a Double a platinum every year, meaning I was able to sign up more that 200 customers every year). Which is one of the biggest concern of the store aside from the budget.
