Summary

Successful Senior Executive, inventor, developer and holder of multiple United States patents and patents pending for electronic security design and hardware, that developed a unique proprietary solution to combat internet fraud. My career includes measurable success in multiple industry groups. A focus of my career has been in creating opportunities, organization, Leadership training, electronic banking, drafting contracts and executing agreements with Federal Banks and processing houses dealing with our new projects.

Developing new patents as stated above, which provided a unique new path for opportunity growth. An electronic design had to be created for the EFT (Electronic fund transfer) banking industry which led to successfully creating a partnership with a worldwide company, back-end processing house for the financial industry "Mosaic Software" to assist in this complex system.

A Custom Designed of the front-end delivery system was now blended with the “Mosaic software” backend processing, representing Banking institutions in the United States for a seamless delivery. Then creating a partnership with a Federal approved Bank for a “Worldwide processing Center”.

With this organized, a Central processing center was established in Houston Texas. Creating jobs which employed over 200 people in Houston Texas and across the United States

The design’s purpose was to process - Credit Cards and ATM Cards for Banks which processed MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, American Express and private label cards through the NYCE (New York Currency Exchange) system. With monies guaranteed under federal law by our partner bank.

Some of the goals achieved:

“Recurring revenue Streams” (receiving a share of the transaction revenues”), a share of the merchant partner revenue in addition to merchant subscription fees.”

Improved customer service and retention, leading to significant market share gain. Expanded e-commerce presence and thus attracting new revenue and new customers via new partners.

Company remained solid and was sold at a profit three years later.
