I possess over 20 years of knowledgeable, dedicated and impeccable customer service, care as well as support. A very well seasoned customer service representative who is extremely interested in learning new skills that will help myself to better help others in the future. Although I am not very well versed with making travel arrangements internationally, I am a very quick learner who pays great attention to detail and know that with the correct training that you offer that I will become a great asset to your company. All that I have ever done in my entire working life is solve problems for clients and/or customers. I definitely understand how important it is to make sure that the client/ customer understands and knows exactly how everything is going to be done and to make sure that I am answering all of their questions before hand and not to wait until they ask you as this can create confusion and frustration for your clients. Showing compassion is key when working as a customer service representative or any career where your job is to help people. I believe that you have to care about people and take your job seriously and treat them the same way you wish to be treated when the roles are reversed. I am willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that the client is happy and satisfied with everything I have set up for them and to welcome them to ask me any other questions they may have and be able to give them the correct answers to their questions and never allow yourself to become aggravated with a client on the phone. I can begin working immediately and meet all of the requirements for this remote position as well. I have my own IP address with Ethernet as well as high speed internet in my home, as well as a quiet place to place my computer and to do my work. I can work any shift, and would actually love to work the overnight shift as I am a night owl so to speak.
