I specialize in recovery and the breakdown of thoughts, feelings and emotions, which gives an insight for victims and clients an avenue for them to challenge their irrational and rational thoughts and feelings, along with triggers and PTSD, to a more positive and emotional outcome. I leave you with this: I try to say this to at least 5 people a day, you’re amazing, worthy, valuable, lovable, strong, smart, beautiful, needed, good enough, cherished, forgiven, appreciated, and you rock. Work Experience
Thrive Asst. Director, Reentry Specialist
Denver Dream Center - Denver, CO
June 2020 to Present
I built and managed the Denver Dream Center’s Thrive Program that brings in halfway house gentlemen to give direction, and insight on thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. The Program works with Denver District Police on outreach services, that allows not only good pro-social practice but builds bridges between life long beliefs that cops are bad. There is so much more to the Program. Also, I lead all reentry back into prisons and support parolees integration into society. I teach a parole class that bridges the interactions between parole officers and parolees to understand triggers, miscommunications, and other challenges. I am a sought out resource taking all calls from parolees, families in trouble, and any crisis especially trauma and recovery. My passion is telling my story as a motivational speaker. I’m sure I’m missing a lot, I just enjoy giving back.
