I am Currently Working for Jaguar Land Rover Directly as a Compliance Engineer within the Quality and Conformance team. To update all company legislations and work processes to meet Legislations both legally and financially at both Gaydon and Whitley sites. My key responsibilities are to conduct SBI audits and investigations, create training schedules for JLR staff to meet safety standards, also:

Working for Jaguar Land Rover as a Lead Safety Engineer for the newly created self-sufficiency team to oversee all projects as Principal contractor with a team 9. JLR are in the process of removing all embedded contractors and moving forward with self-sufficiency for all projects and phases and also across most JLR sites in the UK. My key responsibilities are to manage all sub-contractors and contractors and to ensure the health and safety of all involved on the projects, my duties include:
Assist project management team in developing site-specific safety program and activities (Site inductions, safety auditing, target inspections).
Vetting RAMS for contractors and amending accordingly to meet standard for construction activities.
Liaise with JLR management, PC Team and contractors to identify and prevent safety hazards.
Document and track all safety violations, unsafe conditions etc and gather for ME Safety Metrics.

I have overseen several projects at Rolls Royce in Hucknall on Coral 4B phase of the project totaling over £12m, which include a new Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) complete install, a complete overhaul and refurbishment of Hangars with relocation and reinstall of new Mazak machines, die dress booths, Boron spray booth, dressing booths, which were all delivered successfully and on time. My key responsibilities on site were to manage all sub-contractors and contractors and to ensure the health and safety of all involved on the project, my duties:
