Provide and supervise technical troubleshooting and repair recommendations in case of equipment failure or corrective maintenance.
Producing reports on compliance testing,
developments, and processes.
Provide installation plan for the rides in the beginning of events as per the manuals from the manufacturers.
Provide dismantling plan for the rides in the ending of events as per the manuals from the manufacturers.
Scheduling logistic plan for the rides to make sure all containers & trailers are ready for transportation.
Supervision the trailers maintenance to preparing for transportation as per the timeline for the logistic plan.

Supervision TUV inspection to ensure all rides are working in a high safe level and to close all the findings were presented be.
Supervision NDT & Magnetic test for the steel structure and managing the repairing and welding activates for all rides.
Supervision the technical support for the rides during operation and make sure all rides working with full capacity & availability.
Provide weekly reports including rides KPI as
following: 1-Ride availability. 2-Ride capacity.
3-Qualifid & competent staff. 4-Zero ride damage.

Working at Specialty Area Maintenance (SAM) supporting Phenolics Plants (petrochemical) as long term contractor. The following are my role major responsibilities:
Ensure that proper safety measures and OMS (Operation / Maintenance Management Systems) requirements are being adhered to at all time by all personnel such as PTW, LOTO, SMP, Life Saving Rules (LSR) during any maintenance activities.
Troubleshooting and investigating plant mechanical equipment failures, such as pumps (mechanical seals, bearings and impellers), Compressors, heat exchangers, piping and flanges, PSVs and valves, extruders, etc. to return on service and prevent failure re-occurrence.
Provide guidance and repair recommendation (method statement) to technician and mechanical helpers on needed repairs, maintenance and installation of plant equipment including daily process problem solving and continuous monitoring measurement activities that enable reliable plant operations.

Auditing and improving Standard Maintenance Procedure
(SMP) against vendors’/OEM manuals, failures history and RCA outcomes to ensure fit for purpose.
Participating in Management of Change (MOC) activities, to improve and overcome plant/equipment under-performance.
Monitoring maintenance KPIs’ to ensure cost effectiveness and optimal resource utilization.
Participate in the daily coordination meeting with operation team to review CM work orders, inspection reports, assist condition and capture all needed actions in the planning cycle.
Perform other duties related to preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance as required.

As a mechanical engineer, I am part of the team responsible for the pre commissioning and start up preparation, testing, acceptance and operation planning. My role involved put not limited to the following activities:
• Ensure full compliance to personal, team, equipment and passengers safety regulations and procedure.
• Ensure that warning signs, signal are functional and work place safety instructions are followed properly.
• Check train's system standing alarms & Events recorder for possible problems or maintenance needs prior to the journey.
• Diagnose minor breakdowns and perform minor service and maintenance when required; report major mechanical malfunctions and coordinate with associated departments to correct safety and mechanical issues as needed.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks as per PM plan and report finding and history.
• Make sure that all equipment that assists in running the train efficiently is properly maintained and in good working order.
• Ensure all maintenance and troubleshooting activities are executed in compliance with standard maintenance procedures
