Service Coordinator- Provide full range of administrative, clerical and office support including, but not limited to the following: Dispatch and manage multiple technician schedules, prepare, and coordinate incoming correspondence to customers for proposals and deficiencies as required. Provide clerical/administrative support, including composition and preparation of routine correspondence, technician paperwork and presentations using Office 365, ProfitZoom and other pertinent software applications. Dispatcher/Scheduler- Responds to customer inquires in a timely manner. Serves as intake person for customer complaints/commendations and sells bus passes. Oversees road service assigned carriers by tracking trip performance measures, route begin on time, performance, incidents. Processes route openings, insertions, extensions, and issue resolutions. Uses computer system to retrieve scheduled information. Uses reference material to assist clients quickly and accurately. Provides customer support by responding to questions and concerns regarding customer trips including no shows, cancellations and missed trips. Dispatch Supervisor- Dispatched calls for over 20 company ambulances, supervised EMT routes, crew pairing, and patient scheduling for 30 employees. Made and received appointments, answered dispatched calls, managed routes and location of crews to ensure patients arrive on time for appointments to hospitals and medical centers. Answered and solved customer complaints, corresponded with dialysis center, worked closely with emergency medical technicians to ensure that each patient got picked up and dropped off at a timely matter.
