I have over 30 years’ experience in the heavy construction industry, as well as extensive field experience and managerial skills in all phases of construction.

•Manage and process submittals for review by owners for their approval and returned to subcontractor, as well as manage the process by which all additional cost are received.

03/16 to Current:

Raised Infrastructure in Jersey City which included Watermain tie-in to existing lines, Installation of storm drain, catch basins and Sanitary lines, Extensive dewatering and sheeting. $ 300,000.00

Ripped out existing sidewalks and parking areas for Bank of America in Newark to facilitate new federal ADA mandates. $ 38,000.00 (Gregor Industries.)

Constructed concrete foundation 30 x 230 ft building in Wharton NJ, including installation of all storm drain, water main and sewer lines, as well installation of wet tap crossing of, county road. $ 250,000.00 (West Essex Joe Bonanno)

Provided location and installation of deep 16 x 6 Wet tap for future connections to a future facility in Sayreville, NJ. $ 35,000.00 (West Essex Joe Bonanno)

08/13 to 12/15

•Provided estimating services for wastewater and freshwater treatment plants as well as various large-scale Housing and Condo sites. (DMR Construction) Contract based mgt.

•Supervised all labor as well as overseeing all coordination site work for two 5000 sf. homes at two different locations which included operating heavy equipment, installation of septic fields, installed 8000 sf mass rubble walls as well as 4000 sf of Keystone retaining walls, all driveways, and street hookups.

08/12 - 08/13 Site Work and Foundation:

•Excavate and establish grade for entire site distributing 15,000 cy soil.

•Layout and excavate foundation for Two 30,000 sf. warehouses

•Layout and Install 800 lf. forms for footings and install concrete for each

•Install 4000 lf. storm drain. (West Essex Joe Bonanno) $300,000.00

11/11- 08/12 Constructed 4000 sf. home in lake community.

•Install foundation into 20 % rock slope which included hand drilling and cracking

•Framed and sided entire house which was comprised of 4 levels

09/2011- 11/2011 Passaic Valley Sewer Commissioners (Public 375,000)

•Demolished two 25 ft high, by 125 ft diameter tanks with 10 ft concrete interior fill.

2008-2010: Caldwell Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrades (Public $11,350,000)

•Installed 700 lf. 42 In Dia. Ductile Iron Bypass pipe as well as 3000 Lf. yard pipe

2006-2008:
