9. Monitor line performance, work quality, machine condition, and ensure that run ability is within SOP. 10. Coordinate 5S / TPM /Six Sigma activities on shop floor to improve work force efficiency and strict compliance to ISO and Safety System.

11. Provide and manage the line with the best Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) by putting the best effort and coordination with all supporting departments. Monitor the line performance, quality and condition. Help other member to understand the Standard Operating Procedure and ensure that the line operates in accordance with the company’s SOP.

12. Train the new member of the team in accordance with the company’s standard and SOP. Ensure the correct application of 5’S in the shop floor and in the line. 13. Responsible for a range of clerical works and report. Ensure all the data are entered in the Cost Center for proper documentation.

14. In-charge of critical products such as Gold Disc and Dual Layer Disc. 15. Consistently meet the day to day production target of the line, with all direct contact to all responsible departments.
