Duties: Assist to my assigned charged as need be. Observe and document every half-hour on positive/negative behavior. I assist and show my charge what we are having for meal. Goal is as much independence as possible. I am the emotion/physical support as need be. I am CPR certified and Basic First Aid. Initially I was 7 days on duty and 7 days off duty, 128 average working hours per week that I worked. I am now 24 hours per month. My charge is now doing day program which was not available until I was assigned.

Primary Duty: Was to review and re-establish the Medical Limited Duty Program for the United States Marine Corps. The Commodant of the Marine Corps directed that Lean Six-Sigma project be established and processed at the Naval Hospital Beaufort, I was the Hub, the leader of that Program Improvement Project.
My management was the program, 28 Command Limited Duty Coordinators that fell under the cognizance of the Naval Hospital as well as three Naval-Marine Corps Reserve Centers in Tennessee.
