General Supervisor - 2018 to 2022 (WM Processing) Responsible for the leadership and development of over 100 union employees, five supervisors, and two area supervisors.
Area Supervisor - 2008 to 2018 (Industrial Complex) Responsible for the leadership and development of over 100 union employees and five supervisors..
Logistics Supervisor - 1998 to 2008 (Industrial Packaging, Industrial Shipping, and Baler Departments) Responsible for the leadership and development of three departments with over 40 union employees.
MRPII Operations Phase Leader – 1996 to 1998 Implement, design, and coordinate a computerized material resource planning to control scheduling of products, production receipt of labor hours, and product production, warehouse inventorying of finished goods, costing of material produced. Created and implemented policy and procedures for six departments to become ISO 9000 certified.
Supervisor - 1989 to 1996 (Nail and Drawing Departments) Responsible for the leadership and development of 80 union employees.
Accomplishments:
Redesigned a new manufacturing process saving $375,000 annually.
Restructured warehouse to improve on FIFO shipping, reduce damage to product, and provide maximum storage space available.
Coordinated a safety program which was instrumental in lowering the AIFR by 7% over the previous year.

Responsible for quality standards, safe job procedures, exceeding production goals, and scheduling of the work force and product flow.
Monitor safety issues and implement corrective and preventative countermeasures. Conduct safety training to employees.
