BRIEF COVER LETTER
I am a retired 59 year old who has spent my entire career in construction – including residential painting, drywall, tile setting. I have heavy construction experience laying trench for gas and water on large city infrastructure. For over 10 years until I retired in 2017, I was a self-employed Tile Contractor. I bid, contracted, and installed residential and commercial tile jobs.
My list of skills are varied. I can operate small machinery such as fork lifts and pallet jacks. I have extensive warehouse experience. I can keep many different items organized so as to complete tasks in the proper order. I have a perfect driving record. My customer service skills are excellent. My ability to learn new tasks quickly makes me an asset to the team. I am dependable and do not miss work.
My wife’s health has improved and I am able to get back out in the work force. I would prefer part time but would be interested in the right full time job.
