Customer Service Hvac Technician

I have two years of schooling And three years of work experiences on the field as a HVAC technician. I’ve been working for number one Hvac company, Action plumbing, heating, AC, and electrical for 3 years, I’ve serviced, troubleshoot, and repaired many different types of heating and cooling systems, such as Geos, heat pumps, air handlers, gas furnaces, mini splits, p techs, roof tops, and hanging heaters, multiple different brands.

I’ve taken many classes to improve my skills about work and customer service and still willing to continue learning, so I can become a better technician day by day

Before Action I was a manager in a plating company which I was handling 20 employees and multiple departments. I learned a lot about how the business work and how important it is to take advantage of the opportunities and make the business profitable. I love working as a HVAC technician and I’m very passionate about it.
