Perform as Portfolio Agile Business Analyst within Bank of America’s Customer Servicing and Global Component Unit. Support team of 15 members split between On shore (Charlotte, NC) & Off Shore (Chennai, India).

Duties include: Requirements gathering from collaboration with Line of Business, Architecture, PMO, backend system and other Agile Rooms. Review feature BRD and Wireframes to perform Agile story writing (gherkin) to keep upcoming sprint work aligned with delivery and cost timelines. Lead feature grooming sessions to break work into incremental work packages for code development and QA testing. Maintain “Rally” and Kanban board, attend daily stand up calls, support app sanity testing,, triage issues and release/report out management duties.
