-Utilize SAP/MRP system to plan and schedule 10million (finished goods) worth of raw and packing material requirements based on an 8-week schedule that supports a manufacturing flow of 9 production lines with over 40 sku variations. Distribution Operations Manager October 2008- March 2012

Coordinated deployment of finished goods with PPG (product Planning Group), resolving date changes and edited customer filling request from LCC (Load Control Center), based on ever changing customer demands, to meet efficiency targets.

-Monitor and forecast solutions for MP&L functions for Distribution Center and ASRS (Automated Storage Retrieval System), to support $3 million budget for department, achieving $60,000 gain in 2010.

-Supervise 3 direct reports and 12 lift drivers, for 3 shift/7day DC and 11,000 unit ASRS, averaging 45 outbound loads and storage and retrieval of 1800 pallets of material a day, as well as receiving of inbound SSM material (shrink wrap, loads bars, corner boards, top caps, wood Kor).

-Manage product freshness, and ultimately spoilage and salvage issues, through Kraft SAP Aging Reports and Potential Salvage queries.

-Achieved 98% CFR and 97% CTS in outbound productivity in 2010, increasing productivity from 94% in 2009, and 92% in 2008.

-Created recycle initiative in 2010 for bakery and DC, generating 10.5% reduction in waste from 4% reduction in 2009, with 2011 initiative of “0” landfill.

-Develop DPS and LOTO procedures for DC, to increase productivity 5% -10% year over year, and to eliminate safety issues, resulting in “0” recordable incidents for 2010. Safety liaison for bakery safety committee.
