Reporting to Store Manager SCM for all Inventory management.
GRN in EIP after receiving and inspection all incoming materials through supplier’s delivery orders and reconciles with purchase order
Processes and distributes documentation with purchase order (delivery note, invoices, packing list/shipment list, country of origin, factory test certificate and bill of lading)
Material return note in EIP for any excess material return from site.
Weekly stock reconciliation, conducting daily pre-inspection & weekly submitting MIS report to Divisional Head
Daily update on Bin Card / Stock Card as well system; updating daily in EIP, for inquiries and monitor the availability of the materials
Overseeing the entire;
Material issuing from main store to site with proper packed and easily identifies all the materials for different users as per site material issue requisition approved by Authorized Manager
FIFO & LIFO method applying for shelf life material ordering and issuance, monitoring the materials availability and prepare request for indent when it is needed
Rejected material return to vendor through purchase return
Stacking & storing material as per manufactures recommendations, material stacking in rack with proper rack leveling and material tag with safe condition through proper packing and wrapping
Reservation material transfer from main store to sub inventory
Chemical material storing based Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), visiting flammable material yard and checking the container’s thermostat temperature as well as material safety & fire extinguisher cylinders
Perpetual inventory for fast moving material every week
Ensuring proper maintenance of;
Minimum & maximum stock level; submitting report to Project Manager of non-moving or slow moving
Receiving scrap from site and segregate at scrap yard through ABC analysis and dispose after getting approval from scrap management team
Yearly once taking store inventory report (physical counting 100%) and reconciles with EIP report if found any discrepancy between physical as well as system report discuss with STORE Manager after taking approval preparing stock adjustment IN/OUT in EIP
Register for shelf life items, tools, non-confirming (which is not in inventory / rejected
Deftly conducting to store man / helpers daily PJO (Plan Job Observation) and weekly Tool Box Talk’
