•Plans leave schedules of the employees.

•Adjusts workload schedule due to emergencies.

•Determines training need for Housekeeping Aids and teaches procedures.

•Communicates with numerous services to recommendations.

Lawns are more than just grass and dirt. It serves as an appealing extension to your home, your escape and your innate connection to nature. It is my duty to monitor the quality of landscaping, preventing and controlling weeds. I am also responsible for mowing, edging, laying Mulch down, trim shrubs and small trees, keeping the lawn free from pests, insects and debris, Maintain Irrigation System controllers and replace bad Timers & Sprinklers.

Operate these machines: Bobcats, Zero Turn Lawn Mover and Boom Lift.

Coordinate with the shipping and receiving department on all incoming and outgoing of containers. Setup contacts with various trucking companies to ship product throughout the United States and with logistics freight companies to send and receive product to and from different countries Supervise the staging and shipping of all orders.
