Norfolk Southern is a Rail Road company mainly into Freights. The project implementation involved implementation of SAPHANA on Cloud along with Group reporting and SAP Analytics on Cloud. SDI the integration tool between On-prem and the Cloud and for the automation of SAC Security implemented IAS/IPS solution. In the first phase, Finance, Group reporting and Financial Planning is being implemented. In his role he was responsible for system architecture, business requirements, re-design legacy solutions to improve the process, Integrations, Converting complex codes from legacy systems into S4HANA, setting up testing solutions, coordination user acceptance testing and working with the QAC and Basis teams in the cutover activities. Airgas, an Air Liquids Company, is the Nation’s leading single-source supplier of gases, welding equipment and supplies, and safety products. The Project was to replace its existing financial reporting solution with a more robust solution to streamline its existing processes and improve its overall efficiency and effectiveness for the consolidation, financial reporting, and planning areas. I was involved with architecting the BPC 10.1 on S4HANA solution. The scope involved both Planning and consolidation. The planning solution involved Capex, Opex, Gross Margin and PnL. Workforce was planned in a separate system and extracted into BPC. The transaction data was harmonized in BW from SAP and non-SAP systems and then extracted into BPC using Data Manager Packages. A total of 36 input forms 14 reports in Planning, Consolidation had 23 input forms and 6 reports.

Principal Solution Architect (JAN 2017- JAN 2018)

Client: AMTRAK Role: Solution Architect: Financial & Project Planning Leading Accenture Federal Service and Amtrak team to implement new SAP BPC 10.1 (HANA) Net Weaver implementation The scope of this project is to implement SAP BPC10.1, a solution that will aid the Amtrak Financial Planning team in producing a transparent, metric driven and meaningful annual budget, 5 year plan, and revised budget within 60 days of appropriation, as well as day to day reporting, monthly forecasting and analysis. As a Solution Architect, I managed 12 sub work streams from business and data integration team from IT for plan, design and build phase of the project. I was responsible for conducting workshops to document As-Is processes and To-Be processes, Architect BPC/BW HANA solution based on requirements for Financial Project Planning Solution. Led team of Accenture Federal and Amtrak to design and deploy BPC/BW solution, interacted with key resources from Business and IT to design Environment, Models, and Dimensions for proposed solution. Responsible for configuring BPC/BW - Input schedules, Reports, data loads from ECC and BI, data loads from flat file, data transfer within application. Guide Onsite and Offshore team to configure Environment, Models, Dimensions, Reports, Input Forms, Logic Scripts, Security roles in BPC. Led to a successful Go-Live of Phase 1 of the project in October 2017, which included Operating and Other Expenses and provided hyper care support and transitioning to support team by conducting knowledge sharing sessions.

Senior Manager (2014-2016) Manager (2009-2013) – Progressively increased responsibilities within Capgemini; as a senior manager, hired, supervised, and motivated a technically-skilled staff to achieve maximum productivity and effective operations. Facilitated BPC training for 26 employees and developed 500+ reports to demonstrate the capability of SAP's ERP Solutions during sales and requirements gathering processes. ■Sr. Solution Architect – CHS (2015-2016) – Instituted use of a standard development framework methodology and application system development process in the finance area. Designed conversion and extraction of Legacy systems data and integrated with SAP ECC data.

-Planned legal and management consolidation of 150 entities, 2445 profit centers, and 4150 cost centers.

-Changed from ‘red’ status to ‘green’ within 30 days of taking over; maintained ‘green’ status for project’s lifecycle.

■Sr. Solution Architect BI/BPC – United Copper Industries (2015-2015) – Led a team of 4 onshore and 4 offshore resources; gathered reporting and planning requirements utilizing end-state design session workshops with senior client counterparts. Served as a subject matter expert to translate IM business requirements into system solutions.

-Approved RICEFW developed by the project team to ensure client's requirements were addressed.

-Ensured delivery of 25 business analytical reports in supply chain, finance, inventory, and production.

-Delivered 12 input templates and reports to assist client with the planning process.

■Managing Solutions Architect BI/BPC – Seventy Seven Energy (2014-2015) – Selected to serve as BPC lead for a full life cycle implementation on SAP HANA, this involved all SDLC phases blueprint, realization (build/testing), deployment, and support. Updated all parties on project standing and provided status reports to the PMO; completed on time and on budget.

-Directed and mentored project engagement team of 5 onsite and 4 offshore resources.

-Tasked with additional responsibility of managing BI related work due to subject matter expertise.

■Sr. Manager (BI) – Availl (2013-2014) – Asked to assist client during realization phase, this included refining BI and BW reporting cubes, re-engineering existing BEX Analyzer, WEBI, BOBJ, and Crystal warehousing/reporting architectures. Utilized ETL tools such as BW extractors and data services to address client's data requirement needs.

-Demoed advantages of moving to HANA; helped to landscape index databases and improve reporting efficiencies.

-Guided and managed a BI/BW team (15 onshore and offshore) through the successful implementation of SAP BI/BW; optimal performance resulted in promotion to senior manager position.

■Project Manager BI – Coco-Cola (2012-2013) – Took on quality control piece of BI project (22 projects were being executed at client site). Initiated process of creating standard template documents for all projects. Utilized Microsoft Projects to assist in on-time delivery of projects; managed scope change in a prioritized manner.

-Project managed rollout of business content development on a global scale; template rollout of SAP’s ECC 6.0 solution, this included applications such as BW NetWeaver, BOBJ, Data-Services, and CRM.

-Designed effective solutions for the data extraction process, which connected call center activities in a CRM with the sales order in ECC to improve sales performance.

■Project Manager BI Lead – Target (2010-2012) – Led a multi-year business transformation engagement, which included the direction of 5 BI and 5 BPC resources onshore and 13 offshore BI resources. ■Project Manager BI – R.J Reynolds (2005-2008) – Oversaw a team of 14 through a project implemented in phases. Areas of implementation in BI involved FI, MM, PP, and SD. Led complex data warehouse designs and monitored BI system as volume of data grew. Managed authorization and security of BI data based on corporate needs.

-Designed leaf purchase planning process with iterative planning updates for Tobacco leaf procurement.

-Configured and coded data extraction from SAP and non-SAP systems using various interface technologies such as DB connect, UD connect, and web services.
